Rules for the sale of alcoholic beverages

Minimum age:

The Belgian legislation forbids SFF vzw to: ssell, donate or offer alcohol to under-16s.

Sell, give or offer spirits to under-18s; When in doubt, we will check whether the person who wants to buy alcohol has reached the required age. As a seller, we reserve the right to refuse alcohol sales if the buyer does not want or can demonstrate that he has reached the legal age limit. If a buyer is requested to prove that he or she is of age and refuses to do so after placing an order, the order will be canceled without further ado. Any invoices made up will be credited, any deposited amounts will be refunded, without the buyer being able to claim compensation.
